We regularly receive complaints about the traffic on the lower end of Lebanon Road (885) near Mifflin Road.
Vehicles seem to stay in the right lane as the approach Mifflin Road and try to merge into the left lane.
This merging isn’t always possible, practical, feasible, and sometimes isn’t legal.
We do realize that this is an issue.
However, we cannot Police this area of Lebanon Road.
West Mifflin ends just about where Lebanon Road becomes three lanes (nr Rubright’s Services) is the jurisdiction of the City of Pittsburgh.
